The agreement for using our site and services
By accessing this website or engaging KardosHost for services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
KardosHost provides IT support, web development, software, SaaS and CRM systems, and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any project are set out in a separate written quotation or agreement, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.
You agree to provide accurate information, supply content and access in a timely manner, and ensure you hold the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) you give us to use.
Ownership of final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you on full payment, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which remain under their respective licences.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, KardosHost is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work.
